How do I enter?
Answer the skill question correctly, choose how many tickets you’d like, and check out. You can also enter free by post with the same chance of winning.
Is there really a free entry route?
Yes — every competition has a free postal entry route with an equal chance of winning. Full instructions are on the Free Entry page; no purchase is ever necessary.
Why is there a question?
Entry requires correctly answering a genuine skill question. It’s a real test of knowledge or judgement — that’s what makes this a skill-based prize competition rather than a lottery.
What is “funded-first”?
A prize is only ever drawn once the competition has sold enough tickets to fund it. If it doesn’t reach that minimum by its closing time, it’s cancelled and every paid entrant is fully refunded.
How are winners drawn?
Winners are chosen by a verifiable random method (Random.org) and the proof is published on our Winners page. Each valid entry has a unique ticket number.
How do I get my prize?
When you win, a “claim your prize” card appears in your account. Choose the prize or, where offered, the cash alternative, and give us your delivery or bank details. We may verify your identity and age (18+) before handing over a prize.
Can I get a refund?
Paid entries are refunded if a competition is cancelled for not funding. Otherwise entries are final. If a line in your basket sells out before we can allocate it, that line is automatically refunded.
